How to Create New Bank Accounts

Step 1 - Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner and type "Bank Accounts" in the search bar and select the "Bank Accounts" option.

Step 2 – Click "New" to create a new bank account. This will open a blank bank account card.

Step 3 – Fill in the required fields:

  • Bank Account No.
  • Bank Account Name.
  • Bank account No.
  • Bank sort code.
  • Country/Region Code – Keep it as GB
  • Bank Account Posting Group – Keep it as Current if it is the current account. Use other for other bank accounts.

 

Step 4 – In the Transfer section, make sure to add the:

  • Bank Statement Import Format as BANKIMP1.
  • Bank Export Type as Lloyds_MULTCSV.

 

Step 5 – Now click on the Dimensions tab and enter the relevant Pillar Dimension.

 

Step 6 – Once all the information is filled, the details will be saved, and the card will be created.
