Sending Customer Statements

Go to the customer list and in the ribbon select Report --> Scheduled Statements


  1. You must fill in a date range
  2. Select the Statement Style: Balance - show all transactions, Open Item - only show open items
  3. Show Overdue Entries, if toggled will show a separate table of items which are over due
  4. Decide which customers to include with the toggles
  5. You can optionally include an aging band to show the entries by days overdue
  6. You can email the statements by changing the Report Output options.
  7. Add any filters that you need to limit the customers selected


After clicking OK the system will create a batch job to send each statement individually. You can also configure the email which is sent. Please contact support for more information on configuring emails.
