Go to the customer list and in the ribbon select Report --> Scheduled Statements
- You must fill in a date range
- Select the Statement Style: Balance - show all transactions, Open Item - only show open items
- Show Overdue Entries, if toggled will show a separate table of items which are over due
- Decide which customers to include with the toggles
- You can optionally include an aging band to show the entries by days overdue
- You can email the statements by changing the Report Output options.
- Add any filters that you need to limit the customers selected
After clicking OK the system will create a batch job to send each statement individually. You can also configure the email which is sent. Please contact support for more information on configuring emails.
